• As a parent, when was the last time you played with your kids? I mean really, really played. Not for their sake, but because you wanted to play?

In July 2026, I will be offering a one day workshop designed to help us get in touch with our inner sense of play.

Reach out if you would like more information.

  • Are you ready to curiously, compassionately and courageously contemplate your role as a father? To do a deep dive and look at the areas you shine as a parent or partner? To explore your own limitations and fears the block you from showing up for your family in the way you know is possible?

This is a one day workshop designed to help fathers reconnect with purpose, presence and play. Through self inquiry prompts, group interactions and facilitated visualizations, fathers are invited step into Embodied Fatherhood. This includes exploring emotional resiliency, understanding our own triggers and cultivating deep presence to be a stable anchor for our family.

Reach out if you would like more information or would like to organize an Embodied Fatherhood workshop near you.

  • The Embodied Father: Support Circle is an ongoing, “drop in” style event. A meeting place for fathers to have ongoing support, connection and place to explore their unique expression of Fatherhood.

This is a place to bring your greatest challenges and celebrate your deepest joys. A space to slow down, set aside the mask, connect authentically, and grow into the embodied father you are meant to be.

Each gathering includes a theme or guiding topic, while remaining flexible enough to allow space for whatever feels most present and important in the moment.

Currently I host a Fatherhood Circle on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 6:30–8:30 PM at Live Oak Waldorf School (410 Crother Rd, Meadow Vista).

Planning on attending? Or want to bring a Fatherhood Support Circle near you? Please RSVP by sending an email!
